What does "open-box" mean?

Open-box items are products that have been opened but are generally in excellent new or like-new condition. These might include customer returns or display models. Are all sales final?

Do your products come with a manufacturer’s warranty?

In most cases, our products do not come with a manufacturer's warranty regardless the type of the items.

How can I be sure the product is not expired?

What is your free shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 before taxes! However, please note that free shipping applies to standard shipping rates only and may exclude certain locations or expedited shipping services due to extremely high shipping cost. Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and can take additional 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

    Can I cancel my order?
