Brand New and Manufacturer-Sealed Products:
We carry a wide selection of brand new and manufacturer-sealed items and they are listed as Brand New [SEALED] on our website. These products have been sourced from overstock or shelf pulls and are in their original packaging and have not been opened or used. They offer the same quality and reliability you would expect from purchasing directly from the manufacturer or authorized retailers. While these items are brand new, due to the nature of our business, their packaging may show minor signs of damage, such as dents or scratches. Please refer to the product description for specific details. All items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated. Additionally, these items may not come with a manufacturer's warranty.

Open-Box and Like New Products:
Open-box items are products that have been previously opened but are generally in new or like-new condition. While these products are typically in excellent condition and fully functional, it may come in non-original or slightly damaged packaging and may have minor imperfections. If an item is opened for inspection, we will make every effort to preserve the integrity of the packaging. Any products that are not opened for inspection will be sold as-is, in their original sealed condition.
  • Open Box Products: We thoroughly inspect all Open Box items to ensure their quality and condition before making them available for sale. However, in rare cases, certain items—such as re-vacuum-sealed mattresses—cannot be opened for inspection due to their sealed packaging. For such products, we rely on the manufacturer’s description and any visible indicators of quality. Please note that all sales remain final for these items.

Availability of Products:
Due to the nature of liquidation products, we make no guarantee regarding the availability of specific items or brands. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. Certain products may only be available for a limited time or in limited quantities, and we may discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

  • Shipping Areas: Baby Blowout Shop currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Certain remote or restricted areas within Canada may not be eligible for delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy section for more details.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times will vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Typical delivery times range between 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the items being purchased.

    Baby Blowout Shop ships to most locations within Canada. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. Additionally, certain remote or restricted areas within Canada may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical challenges. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you upon receiving your order.

    Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    Shipping Methods
    We offer a variety of shipping options through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout, and the estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and the chosen method.

    Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For orders exceeding $99 CAD, free standard shipping may be offered as a promotion. Certain remote or restricted areas within Canada may not be eligible for the free shipping promotion due to extremely high delivery cost. 

    Delivery Time
    Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
    • Remote Areas: Delivery times may be longer for orders shipping to remote locations, typically up to 15 business days

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.

    Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping options.

    Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the package.
