Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
Baby Blowout Shop ships to most locations within Canada. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. Additionally, certain remote or restricted areas within Canada may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical challenges. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you upon receiving your order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout, and the estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and the chosen method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For orders exceeding $99 CAD, free standard shipping may be offered as a promotion. Certain remote or restricted areas within Canada may not be eligible for the free shipping promotion due to extremely high delivery cost. 

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may be longer for orders shipping to remote locations, typically up to 15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping options.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you encounter an issue with a lost or damaged package, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If your product arrives defective, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
